The main goal of Kitchen Encounters’ Serena Lehn was to transform a dark and narrow bathroom into a light-filled retreat. The client requested an open environment, so Lehn added mirrors to create the illusion of more space; one of the mirrors includes a smaller, ornate mirror set into it, to emphasize the room’s elegance and formality. New cabinets were installed along the back wall to create extra storage. The light from the sconces and the chandelier above the tub help to create a soothing atmosphere for relaxation. The shower even boasts a special faucet for use by the client’s pet parrot.
