Eastern Shore Treat
Located in a restored 1874 mansion, the luxurious Inn at 202 Dover in Easton has become a popular getaway on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Now the Inn has a new draw with the appointment of Mark Knipp  as executive chef of its Peacock Restaurant & Lounge. A former chef de partie at The Inn at Little Washington, Knipp has introduced a menu driven by the bounty of the season. Tropical Twist
Scheduled to open in late May, Cuba Libre will bring a taste of Havana to Penn Quarter. Its menu will feature Cuban classics along with riffs on other Latin American cuisines. The Cuban bento box, a selection of four small plates, is served at lunch.
