In addition, we may use information that we collect from you in part to make the service valuable to you by providing Merchant offers for products and services that you find appealing. We also may use such information to tell our Merchants how many people will see their offer and how often our users are looking at their offers on our service — in other words, how effective their offer is likely to be. So it’s important that we be able to tell Merchants who our audience is. Except as expressly set forth in this Privacy Policy (for example, as described under “Other Disclosures” below, we will not sell or rent to any third party any personally identifying information that we collect from you through your use of the  service.

Service Providers.
