Jonas Carnemark founded his company to realize a creative goal: To orchestrate living environments that embody both beauty and purpose. Since then, CARNEMARK design + build has designed, remodeled and restored numerous homes and condominiums in the DC area, handling projects from initial planning through construction and ongoing service. On every job, the principal and his team marry devotion to the clean lines of modern design with attention to comfort and accessibility.
The same ethic carries through to Carnemark’s sister businesses, KONST SieMatic, an exclusive European kitchen showroom, and KONST Union, his luxury European bath product gallery.

With more than 100 national and regional awards and a 2021 Chrysalis Decade of Excellence award, Jonas Carnemark is regularly honored as an industry expert and international speaker. He especially enjoys leading professional educational events and judging national competitions for the NKBA, NARI, KBIS and Kitchen & Bath Design News.
