Principal Todd Howard Ezrin believes collaboration is key to a successful partnership that often blossoms into a long-term friendship. Founded in 2011, TOBE DesignGroup is a full-service interior architecture and design firm creating inspiring, beautiful and functional solutions. The firm’s approach begins by considering the architecture, the shape and the details of each space. “We don’t just decorate, we design,” Ezrin observes. “We imagine the possibilities and push boundaries. We elevate our ideas with décor—furniture, fabrics, lighting, finishes, art and accessories.”
Ezrin’s love of architecture and design began early through “family interests, travel—and Legos,” he recalls, while proudly admitting that he still has quite the collection. And his passion for design has never waned. A lifelong learner, he draws inspiration and energy from the world around him in order to satisfy client needs.
The firm takes pride in supporting local causes in the community, and its commitment to sustainability is equally strong, a practice that also benefits clients. “We look for materials that are recycled, sustainable and energy-efficient to reduce the impact on the environment,” Ezrin explains. “We often see clients with a piece of furniture that can be reupholstered and/or refinished to bring it back to life. We encourage them to do that, rather than allowing it to end up in a landfill.”
