Balodemas Architects is a design studio established in 1988. A proponent of the idea that good design should be accessible to everyone, the firm welcomes projects with unique challenges requiring a creative and rigorous approach. “We enjoy restoring a period home as much as we do transforming a lackluster one into something with character,” notes Balodemas.
The firm’s architects work collaboratively with clients to create homes that are contemporary but relatable. Their designs are inspired by homeowners’ personalities, aesthetics and lifestyles.
