COTY 2017 Awards

The 2017 Contractor of the Year Awards

And The Winner Is At a gala event held at Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club on February 24, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Metro DC Chapter announced the 2017 Contractor of the Year (COTY) Awards, given to a wide range of remodeling and custom-building projects in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. An independent panel of judges reviewed 102 submissions to select the winners in 35 categories. Home & Design, a media sponsor, gave a project by Anthony Wilder Design/Build its Award of Excellence for exceptional design. The following pages list the winners;  several outstanding projects are featured beginning on page 160. All award-winning projects can be viewed on the chapter’s website, narimetrodc.org.
