As the nation's capital, DC will always be a hub of news and public policy, but with the National Portrait Gallery, Library of Congress and National Goegraphic in residence, the District is also home to some of the country's most extensive photography. From November 15 through 22, photographers in all levels and disciplines will participate in lectures, panels, workshops, portfolio reviews and a photography contest with jurors including Tipper Gore and Joyce Tenneson.
