Elements of Style

As its designer notes, this outdoor bath rocks. Literally.

Elements of Style

The Stone Mountain tub is carved from a solid boulder from California, making it one of a kind. It rests on a smashing floor of Trani Italian antique limestone tile from Haifa. Designer Barbara Hawthorn sees the outdoor bath as a new trend on its way with the arrival of heated outdoor flooring, outdoor fireplaces and all-weather fabrics and furnishings. This outdoor room is elegantly appointed with grass planters from Brown Jordan, a custom-designed stainless steel bench and antique, zinc-finish screen panels from Nierrmann Weeks. Fiber-optic lighting in faux tree branches suggests a mid-summer night’s dream.
