The DC Design House will take place this fall in a sprawling, 27,256-square-foot Potomac house built in 2009 on two acres in Potomac. More than 20 designers will transform the bare interiors and outdoor spaces of the nine-bedroom, four-story abode, which is on the market for $10.48 million.
A preview gala in the ballroom of the house will kick off the event, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. A boutique and a café operated by Saint Germain Catering will be open daily. Proceeds benefit Children’s National Health System. dcdesignhouse.com.
