If a ski vacation isn’t in the cards this winter, Bourbon Steak DC and the Four Seasons Washington, DC offer an alternative to the alpine lifestyle. Back for a second season, fully heated wooden chalets on the Georgetown restaurant’s terrace will treat parties of two to six to an après-ski experience from mid-November through February.
