Chic Annabelle serves up modern American fare

Former White House chef Frank Ruta presides over Annabelle, a new hot spot recently opened in the former Restaurant Nora location. Martin Vahtra of Projects Design Associates conceived the interiors, which include the inviting Garden Room and a private dining room, where the work of local artists is on view.
