On the Dock Wit & Wisdom, the Michael Mina restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, celebrated the arrival of spring by re-opening its popular outdoor dining venue, Wit on the Water. This hot spot overlooking the water in Harbor East features an 85-seat patio and a bar equipped with flat-screen TVs so Orioles fans won’t miss a single play.
