Homeowners in Arlington tapped Heartland Design and Remodeling to renovate their kitchen and primary bath. They envisioned the kitchen as the hub of the home, hosting family and friends as well as serving day-to-day needs.

A central island anchors the plan, which combines DuraSupreme cabinetry and quartz countertops with a ceramic-tile backsplash. A butler’s pantry creates storage and additional workspace. The new primary bath is tranquil and functional, with a dark-stained double vanity, a freestanding Signature Hardware tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Chrome fixtures are by Kohler and Kingston Brass.
