Rome is abuzz with the arrival of the new Palazzo Talìa Hotel. The 26-room escape occupies a restored, 16th-century gem. Studiolucaguadagnino, led by the film director of Queer and Call Me by Your Name, designed public spaces such as the reception hall, graced by a bespoke rug and museum-quality chandelier.
