Christie Leu worked with an eco-conscious client wishing to overhaul her dated kitchen with sustainable materials and a chic, mid-century aesthetic that would reflect the rest of her home. “We aimed for simplicity, which is a signature of mid-century style,” the designer says. Slab-fronted cabinets and stainless-steel appliances contribute to a seamless look, while a stainless-steel farmhouse sink optimizes basin space.
