Since 1991, Kane Landscapes has focused on larger design/build projects and providing full maintenance for many beautiful properties in the Northern Virginia and Potomac Maryland Regions. A large percentage of our team has been with our company for over 10 years with several team members surpassing 20 years. We believe that if our team is taken care of properly and treated like family, they will take care of our clients and treat them like family. PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

1. Distinction Award - Complete Landscape Master Planning Design/Build
   To create the feeling of the French countryside for this Plains, Virginia, project, we added a large travertine fountain, swim spa and outdoor fire area, all of which tie in to the home aesthetically.

2. Distinction Award - Complete Landscape Master Planning Design/Build
   At this Leesburg, Virginia, home, we created an entertaining space for future weddings linking the new garage/in-law suite with the rear of the house through thoughful elements such as a fire pit and intimate sitting areas.
3. Distinction Award - Complete Landscape Master Planning Design/Build
   A cohesive landscape plan transformed this Vienna home with driveway pavers, a new storm management system that allowed for a rear-yard turf area for sports and thousands of perennials as well as trees for privacy screening.
