Empty nesters hired Katalin Farnady to design their second home in Miami with an over-arching goal: “They wanted a modern home with artistic expression—something polished, inviting and completely different from their traditional primary residence,” she notes.
Farnady rose to the challenge, creating functionality and infusing the interiors with rich textures, patterns and luxe wood and stone finishes. Contemporary art and sculptural light fixtures add layers of refinement to the opulent tableau.
