INDUCTION IS IN

The 36-inch Induction Downdraft Cooktop from Bertazzoni’s Professional Series marries induction cooking with integrated ventilation. Four zones feature nine power levels each; they can be merged to create a single heat source. A touch-through-glass interface and two bridge areas facilitate food prep.
